TV picture problemss??

I can't seem to set forth perfect settings for my tv for my xbox 360. Can anyone help me with this. I have a Quasar TV. The picture settings include: color, tint, brightness, picture, and sharpness. I would really appreciate it if someone could help. Thanks

best way to set these, move the setting all the way low, and move up until it looks good.  A quasar just isn't going to look very good no matter what.
