TV picture rolls on AV input, but picture fine at...

Question

colour TV ( BPL LVR-20) was working fine until the day it's HT transformer went faulty due to high voltage on power line. I got it repaired and the TV is working fine on RF input but whe i try to connect DVD player or any other device through AV input of the TV set the picture is rolling vericaly (picture slanting /_/ ) audio is ok. the same DVD player worked fine earlier. hope if someone can help.
