TV powers on, but no picture or menu display

Question

I bought a Vizio L37HD10A just over a year ago (yes of course the warranty has expired) and now it will not display a picture, or the menu. The power green light goes on when you turn it on, and the backlight comes on. But it will not display a picture, or even the menu options when you use the remote to access the menu. I am hoping that it isn't too expensive to fix, because I like the TV.Thanks for your suggestions!Barbara
