TV programs through the PC and then to the big screen TV?

I am living in Germany and stuck here without regular USA channels.

I don't want to subscribe for the local cable TV. How can I manage and watch USA and as well other countries(Russia, Israel)?

Are you saying that you want to watch live tv channels other than them from USA on your PC screen?

You can download the software, but don't go online to watch the tv channels. Those sites only request you to pay for them.

They not only have channels from USA, but ones from the UK and China, however... I guess they have more channels than the rest and they're FREE of charge.

TV programs through the PC and then to the big screen TV? - Yes thats possible, but these won't be live programs may be if someone has recorded and uploaded them to youtube/metacafe(which might be illegal) then you can play them on PC and link this PC to your TV using analog cable.
