TV shut down suddenly

We were watching a DVD movie then the TV (Olevia LT26HVE plasma) was shut down suddenly with a small arcing like a short-circuit. I think of a fuse blow-out but am not sure. The TV is only 1 year old. Could anyone help to suggest what we need to do ?
