TV turned off by itself and now it won't turn back... I was watching tv and all of the sudden it

I was watching tv and all of the sudden it turned off and now it won't turn back on. Everything else that was plugged into the same outlet was still on so I know it's not a problem with the outlet, it's the tv.power went off i had tv and other things on same surge protector everythng works but tv picture will not come up only clicks on and right back off with a buzzing noiseI have a Sanyo DS31580 that's "about" six years old. The picture on screen started "collapsing on itself" with a line in the middle of the screen and then it'd be okay. Now I turn it on and there's only sound for like 3 sec. before it turns off, and won't turn back on.
