Whether I use the remote or the button on the TV itself, it is only on for less then a second before switching itself back off again. The only troubleshooting suggestion in the owners manual that applied said to unplug it for an hour and try again. I left it unplugged for a day and tried, but still didn't work. I see another problem on here that might be the same, but the reply was way to technical for me.
