Question:

TV will not power OFF

Have a Toshiba 27" was working fine but now it will not power off with either the front button nor the remote. The only way we can shut it off is to pull the plug.Any suggestions? your help would be appreciated if you can reply toyergel1934@gmail.comThanksGerry
