Question:

TV wont turn on?!

The power supply is turned on at the mains and the led is flashing red. When pressing either button on remote or on unit itself it stops flashing for approx 3-4 seconds and then makes a squeeking type noise like its trying to turn on but then fails to switch on and the led returns to flashing red?
