TXVA conference?????????

Question

i took the test and then i scheduled a conference (thats what your supposed to do)

but i scheduled it for the next day after i took the test

which is "wedensday evening" and nobody ever called

what happened?

We're also in the process, and I've had a difficult time finding out when our conference would be.  The best answer I've gotten seems to be about five to seven days after finishing the placement test.  

I've also heard that the staff is a bit behind, since they didn't find out about the new spots until 8/8, so they hadn't hired additional placement people until after the new spots were approved.  And before they started on the new applications, they had to go through the people on the waiting list first.

Even if you applied last Wednesday, they haven't gotten that far yet.  The only person I know of so far who's heard from TXVA applied on the day the spots were announced, 8/8.  We applied 8/10 and we haven't heard yet.

I was also told that as of the end of last week, they still had enough spots for everyone who'd applied as of 8/15, but that it may take some time to get through everyone.  So, you may not be accepted until after school starts on Monday, but that can be dealt with.
