how can you "remake" this and turn it into chords?

Intro:

E-------------------------------------...

B-------------------------------------...

G-----2-------------------------------...

D---2---2-----3----------0-----0-----2...

A-0---------3---3-----0-----0---0----0...

D---------3---------0-----------------...

This is played ONCE only at the start

  1. Khung! is wrong (no offence to her)

the chords that are arpeggiated (when a chord has notes picked out indiduatlly) are

first   A5   (the a 5th chord is a power chord but you could use open chords)

    Second   F5

    Last    D5

  2. Why would you want to remake this into chords?  In the song, the notes are individually picked, and no second guitarist is strumming them as chords.  Are you trying to make a backtrack to this song or something?

  3. G, E , C

  4. It's a bit messy but from what I can gather:

    A5, F5, D5 - not A, F, D or G, E, C or anything.

The last two notes indicate resolving back to A5.

To respond to Mitchman - the chord indication needn't (and mostly doesn't) mean that they are to be played as chords. They can be arpeggiated or not even this. The chord indication indicates the overall harmony, it doesn't say what to play (strumming a chord is just the simplest way to express the harmony),
