Table Tennis?

I have a robo-pong. I was using it when it stopped from functioning. I checked on the control box and it had power but it seemed not sending/operating the ball releaser. What could be the problem? Thanks.

Call them if there is a phone number. If it stopped working, you should find out why it just stopped. It could be jammed, or one of the parts fell out of place inside. The same problem happened to me, and it turns out that a little gear, or something, inside was out of place and it couldn't be put back together, and I ended up buying a new one the next day. is it under warranty? if so, u should have it fixed by the vendor.

if not, it is most likely caused by mechanical problems.
