  1. You will definitely have to go to the "used" market to find one that cheap.

    Ebay is an Ok source but be careful who you buy from.  Be sure to check their feedback as there are a lot of scammers pretending to sell laptops and TabletPC's.

    Another good source for used TPC's are these 2 TabletPC forums:

    http://www.tabletpcbuzz.com

    Both have Buy/Sell sections, plus you can read the forums about all the different models to choose the one that seems best suited to your needs.
