Tablet works great except in photoshop CS3 and...

Question

So I had no install problems or anything, however when using the pen in Adobe Photoshop CS3 or Corel Draw X, the only thing it does is bring up the brush change dialog box and thus I can't actually draw with it. I know there is a really, really simple solution here that I'm just not seeing. Suggestions?
