This isn't a fair comparison because Del Taco does not have restaurants all over America...it only has restaurants in select states while Taco Bell is all over the country and in Canada.  So most people who answer you question will say Taco Bell because they have never had Del Taco.  I have had the chance to go to both and I honestly have to say that Del Taco is better.  It has more variety and is way more authentic than Taco Bell.  Del Taco taste sooooo good.

Taco Bell! I have never been to Dell Taco and we don't have one here in Kansas. But Taco Bell has a lot of things for under $1 and they are good

If I go to Taco Bell, I only go there for their cinnamon twists.  I've never been to Del Taco.  If I want Mexican food, there are hundreds of serious independent locations around Dallas.

Taco Bell gets my vote.  I love the Double Decker Tacos with lots of Mild Sauce.  I've never been to Del Taco.
