Tact Switch has 4 legs?

Question

Why does a tact switch have 4 legs? Which 2 legs do I attach positive and ground?

use a volt meter and set it to measure resistance.  test the legs until you find the two that give a high resistance normally, then a low (practically 0) resistance when you push the button.
