  1. No way!  I have taught ages 4-50s!  It is great for any age!

  2. I started when I was about 24.

  3. It's not too late. Why would it be? I know people in their late 30's are just starting to take it (they're only 9th gups). Go ahead and take it. Just remember that you need to learn a good ground fighting style too.

  4. No, it is never too late to start!

  5. Its never to late to be a warrior, however rethink your style. There are far more effective arts then TKD. More commonly referred to as the Mc'dojo

  6. no its not to late unless you hurt yourself when you move i have an instructor(not head instructor) not it tae kwon do but he is in his 60s and he started about 5 years ago i wouldnt want to fight him.

  7. Tae Kwon Do is one of the few martial arts that just about anyone can take up at any age. I've seen little kids all the way to grandparents doing it.

Most schools have a flexible schedule with several classes at different times that you could attend. Keep in mind that it can be a little expensive, especially for a college student, even if you're working.

If TKD doesn't work out, remember that you could always look at other martial arts as well.

  8. I started at 17.  It is not too late.  My parents just started - and they are almost 60.

I get the whole schedule thing.  I was trying to train and teach and go to classes and work 2 jobs...  Not much time for life.  You have to just schedule your workouts to fit in.  Its possible, though difficult.  You'll be rewarded more if you can make it through because you'll have a greater sense of discipline.
