  1. Sidekick:  Make sure the toes on your supporting leg are facing away from your target.

If doing a rear leg sidekick, as in Tae Guk Sa Chung, your supporting leg is key.  At the beginning, your toes of your front leg are facing your target. You have to pivot on that supporting let and at the time you kick, those same toes are facing away from your opponent.

The next area is your "chamber" of that kick.  You need to bring your knee up first, keeping the lower half of your leg tucked close, then extend the leg striking with the heel.

As for your punch.  I don't really understand the question.  However, your punch should line up with your solar plexus, knuckles up, and your arm is coming in at a 45 degree angle from the shoulder.

    Good luck.

  2. Go through your poomse one step at a time, check yourself, fix anything that's incorrect and then go to the next step. Keep doing this until you don't have any mistakes. As for your sidekicks, I can't really tell you what you're doing wrong without seeing it. Make sure you pivot your base foot all the way and that you keep your toes down in the sidekick. Try asking a high ranking student or instructor to watch your kick and tell you what you're doing wrong.

  3. When doing the sidekick, first bring your foot to your knee and then kick straight out with your heel making sure you strike with the outside of your foot (not the bottom or top parts). With the strikes, I'm not quite sure how to help you because I can't quite visualise what you're after
