what kind of stuff would i be learning about in the first 2-4 weeks of judo and taekwondo class? will these 2 lessons b able 2 help me in life?what benefits would this give me? can u get a sixpac by doing them? do u get stronger? will u get taller? will i be able 2 do flips? can i break a tile or somekind of cement block?if i do this will i get bigger? do u sweat a lot? can u get faster in both ur upper body and lowerbody?will this attract girls?
