I just transferred to a new university as a sophomore chick, and I noticed that this campus has a Taekwondo club/class. They have a slot for beginners three times a week.I'm very out of shape and am wanting to lose about 80lbs. I can hardly do one push up and am very intimidated at the thought of going into a class where I'm expected and pushed to do all of this.Do you think I'll be okay and that the progress will be slow enough that I'll be able to learn the fundamentals?Thanks.
