Tag automatic watch...

thanks heaps sir...One last quickie question, how would you treat an automatic watch? I mean how would you take good care of it to preserve its performance and beauty? Does having too much movement affects the watch negatively? I would really apreciate it if you give me your suggestion/s about it.Really want to preserve it performance bacause i know it's a tad expensive to overhaul it than a quartz one and not mentioning the price of the watch.Really want to make the most out if it.Thanks much in advance Votit!:)
