I'm not really sure, but I'm sure it's not too expensive so bring a reasonable amount of money.

there is no skating rink in tagaytay. I'm not so sure if there really is. Well, try sm megamall or mall of asia.

I didn't know there's a skating rink in tagaytay.  

I heard there's one in Highland but you need to be a member to get there.

I don't think there's a ice skating rink in Tagaytay. Try the skating rink in SM Mall of Asia or SM Megamall.
