Tailbone randomly hurting

It's been hurting for a week now, how do I heal it? How long will it take?

I'm pretty young (16) is this supposed to happen

it happened to me not to long ago, it faded though, so id suggest just waiting or seeing a doctor or something because it might be a different case for you
