those little marks above and below the letters that, for example, make alif sound like ah, e, o, right?

Any websites that can help me learn to perfectly read arabic so I can read the Quran would be excellent, I want a clear cut website with easy and through instructions, u will be rewarded by Ta'ala inshallah

Those "marks" are the Tashkeel.

Tajweed is the methodology of reading by which you perfect your recitation.

For example a rule in Tajweed is Qalqalah or Idhaafah.

Tajweed must be learned with a Shaykh of the recitation. Tajweed differs depending on the Qiraa'a. If you recite Hafs, the rules of Tajweed will differ from that in Warsh or as-Susi.
