Take A Note has high hopes for the Sally, Natasha, Louis Monem Handicap
Nine three-year-old are set for racing in the Class 4 Sally, Natasha, Louis Monem Handicap on Friday, 17th August. The six furlong and eight yard race will be staged at Newbury. Entries from different backgrounds and profiles have come together with the gaze glued at the £4,528 prize money.
The only two entries to have won through their most recent outings are Byton and Take A Note.
The three-year-old bay gelding Take A Note, has been active thrice during the new season, and has won twice out of those attempts.
Singspiel’s bay gelding kick started the season with a seventh position in the Betfair Supporting Grassroots Racing Maiden Stakes (Division I)  on 28th May, 2012 at Kempton over seven furlongs.
The race was won by the favourite entry, Fast Or Free, while qualifying as the runner-up was, Shy Rosa.
The three-year-old bay gelding dished his potential out right in the very next race which he notched up to the first position from the seventh that he struck in the seasonal debut.
He won the Betfair Classified Stakes on 3rd July, 2012 at Kempton over six furlongs. He did not pace up right after breaking from the eighth gate rather became prominent only when there were the last two furlongs to be raced over. Even though he was over ridden on his way into the final furlong, the three-year-old won by the margin of a length.
The favourite entry of the race, Taizong, settled second and was soon followed by, Caterina.
The Patrick Chamings trained had his next stop in the Racing & Music Nights At Lingfield Park Handicap on 18th July, 2012 at Lingfield over six furlongs. The bay gelding out of, Ela Paparouna, escaped defeat by a slight margin of a head.
Using the similar previous tactic, he held up and then broke into speed just when the final two furlongs were approaching and had to fight the runner-up, Ghost Train, for saving the race as a success on his profile.
The 4 to 1 entry for the race will ride with jockey, Jim Crowley, and the duo will break out from the third gate.
