Take a cellphone picture of like handwritten notes and it could convert it to text?

a long time ago i remember this free website where you sign up and tell them what phone you have then you could like take a picture of a whiteboard or hand writen notes and it would like email you a coppy but they like convert the picture to a text file with the notes that were in the picture, does anyone know this site or one like it?
