  1. no i dont

  2. Good.  Nice site too.

  3. Did not read article. The title says it all. If they think CO2 is a pollution, they should go back to science 101.

  4. Cindy:

Google "anticyclonic pacific northwest high pressure" to see the dominant atmospheric flow patterns when a high pressure system nestles over Seattle in the summer.  You get ventilation westward.

I apologize that physics doesn't do what you want it to.  But then you must hear that a lot.

  5. Yes I got the same thing. I did read the short article, but it didn't tell me anything that I didn't already know. What I find cool is if you take a close look at the picture that's supposed to be animated it appears that no emissions come from Minnesota. See I told we are a great state, but no one listens to little ol me.

  6. i want to see china's corbon footprint

  7. Is fun, but not really all that meaningful in terms of global warming.

Global warming is concerned with a much longer timescale than this data shows.  Over that timescale things get completely mixed up, and it doesn't matter much (if at all) if one local area puts out more CO2 than another.

By the way, the Sun is responsible for the heat  that powers global warming.  But it doesn't cause warming.  That is caused by excess CO2 holding more of the Sun's heat in.

I'm continually amazed that "skeptics" here don't understand the data and the science.  Since solar radiation is decreasing (just a little) it CANNOT be the reason we're warming.  Increasing CO2 levels are the reason.

There's plenty of CO2 for plants, we REALLY don't want any more.

  8. I didn't get it?  Pretty good site.

  9. LOL, that is totally false!  Notice the CO2 discharge off the coast of Seattle?  Where in the world does that CO2 come from off the coast of one of the greenest cities in this country.  They just have a map highlighting a mere gulf stream and weather movement.  It is impossible, with our current weather pattern, for CO2 to go West.  That would be like a leaf floating upward without wind.

I guess the "Vulcan" project wants their cut of grant money too.

    Good propoganda though!

  10. The article is propaganda, all right.

If they swing the 'camera' 180 degrees and point it straight up at noon time, they'll get the real answer to the question.

CO2 is actually fertilizer for plants.  The more of it, the better plants grow and the less water they use to grow.  Today's plants are starved for CO2, which was depleted during the last, deadly Ice Age.  Only now is the planet recovering its warmth and life-giving CO2 content.

Greenhouse growers use artificial CO2 generators to help the plants grow.  As I said, they are starved for it.
