  1. Now we are talking !!!

I also have a TLR. I love my TLR................. but...... !!

I also have a track toy, a [now] badly smashed up RC45. The TLR all but the headlights is full on race bike. The RC45 is 5 years older and kicks it butt on every track.

The TLR is a monster of a bike, but just too damm heavy. The rear shock is great for the road, but over heats on the track.

Suzuki gave it the heaviest wheels the planet has ever seen as well. This does not help. Rolling weight is a killer.

I will give you as much help as you want via email, but to tell you truth friend, dont bother.

Great bikes, but even Bimoto could not get the DB8 to win every race, even with the loon A. Gobert on it !!!

Many thanks for pointing out mistake Sir, it was SB. Thats the beer for you !!

  2. You can race it just dont expect to beat 4cyl liter bikes with it. To pass tech you need to post what org. you'll be racing with.

Anyway pick an org. here http://www.roadracingworld.com/resources...

then find out what you need to do. It will probably consist of some safety wiring and a fluid carrying belly pan and taping or removing your lights if you dont run race body work.
