Yes, without a doubt!  That mold can make you really sick.  It would be best if you could take it back and let them see it, but even if you can't you definitely need to say something.  You might even get some free food out of it for next time.  I'm sure it was just a fluke, but if they are rude about it or it ever happens again you might also want to call your local health department.  Good luck!
