  1. sprawl. keep your jab open your stance learn ju jits su

  2. 6'1" and 135? is the 135 pounds? That's very thin.  If you really need help with defending a take down and you are only 15, I suggest you join your high school wrestling team or local wrestling club.  The should be able to teach you to sprawl with good balance as well as using your in the whizzer.

  3. being a boxer you'll have your lead leg out (or should if you know how to box) to defend a takedown you'll need to learn how to swing that backwards and underneath you for a sprawl. If you get your reactions good you'll have a very good sprawl as with you leg being so far forward(compared to say muay thai stance etc) you'll gain alot of momentum & extra downwards pressure, which will stuff any takedown. U wanna try the basic double leg against a superior striker so dont bend down just lower yourself on your legs when you shoot for his and aim to put your hands on the back of his knees. your head should be outside his lead leg. push against sideways with your head as your taking him down.
