Question:

Take over Britain- have we lost control?

Well that is how it appears and bad news for the consumer.

The independence of real choice is being forced out. Every day, through varying media design and display we are being cunningly manoeuvred into thinking and believing that we are making our own choice in the way we conduct our lives. We all now perhaps know that is not so. The forces of Government and the power we have blithely given away to it, will continue to erode our real independence under the guise of democracy.

Just think on this. There are probably no more than 1000 major organisations in Britain and that through their enormous influence and power operate and control the basic fundemental elements of our society. In turn they are managed by probably no more than 3-4000 people, which over an estimated population of 61 million really is an uneven balance of power.

'Surel this cannot be right' I hear you cry. The facts speak for themselves. A way must be found to halt this madness.

  1. it appears to me that your question is answered by you I agree with the content to a degree, but I honestly feel too little too late now.the damage has been well and truly done, and so have we.

  2. no comment

  3. We, the people , never had control. No 'people' of any country, have ever had any control.

Direct Democracy, as a complete system of government has never been tried, anywhere, at any time throughout history, though Switzerland has a direct democracy component and appears to be doing okay with it.

Many people across the world are trying to do something about this. myverdict.net, recently launched, is one such site and well worth a look.

  4. It's political correctness gone mad.

  5. What about the BBC newsreaders? See my link

Yes it looks like nightmare globalisation with a 3rd world

migrant workforce and  anybody who complains is chanted down with the "racist"chant by the multicultural chanters

  6. You have choice, now chin up.

  7. Read a Noam Chomksy's "Manufacturing Consent" and "the Common Good".  It will help you find the path.

We don't live in a democracy, we NEVER have done since the death of Aristotle.  Poltical theory is basically the interpretation of an Authoritarian rule.  We live in a controlled society, democracy is only a fassard (sp)

  8. So, you want democracy?

Democracy is an illusionist trick. Can you think of a better one, though?

  9. What choices do we have anymore, we didn't even have a choice on who was given the most important job in the country by leading all 61 million of us !!

  10. Sure, I left Britain. Great solution, now I'm happy and the weather is always warm - sometimes too hot.

  11. wait...is it that serious? then what about those despotic countries like Somalia and Haiti?

  12. Honey, we never had control. I do resist media and political manipulation, but we have become so apathetic as a nation our inaction will be our downfall.

  13. You may be right, but I would trust the senior management of Tesco to see that my bins got emptied every week.  They would not make it fortnightly and charge me the same.   It shouldn`t be so, but I trust businesses more than I trust Government to deliver what they say they will do.

  14. Oh no !!

I guess I has better get my Tesco clubcard number tattooed on my forehead then eh ?

Can I have a pint of what you have been drinking ................

  15. WE LOST CONTROL YEARS AGO....THE VERY FABRIC OF OUR SOCIETY IS BEING EBBED AWAY BY CULTURAL CHANGES TO THE WAY WE LIVE BY SUCCESSIVE GOVERNMENT PRESSURES BY FAST BECOMING ETHNIC MAJORITIES AND HUGE MAJOR ORGANISATIONS, WHICH ARE MOSTLY FORIEGN OR EUROPEAN OWNED... THE TROUBLE IS WE DONT KNOW WHO WE ARE REALLY VOTING INTO GOVERNMENT...MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL AND I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE WITH INFLUENCE ARE CORRUPTABLE?? DEMOCRACY... EVERYONE IS OUT FOR THEMSELVES NOWADAYS ARENT THEY?? WHO CAN YOU TRUST..!!

  16. Society is run in the main by Oil Barons and Arms Manufacturers.

The organising principle of society in the first place is for war.  The authority of the state over its people resides in its war policy.

Any government must have the support of its military and the military cannot function without weapons and fuel.  Those who hold power have always held it - the job of political leaders is to draw attention away from power.

Those leaders who refuse to allow the faceless "they" to control everything and seek to force change are assassinated.

In a democracy the people believe they have the power to change things when the only real power they hold is the the ability to change those they can blame for their country's ills.

  17. Human Supremacist Attitudes to blame for Haiti, Britain, situation of world. Official aknowledgement at U.N. Education against in schools rejection of racism in society like that of humans against humans done by Civil Rights Movement which stopped racism against African-Americans.If not sarcastic question this suggestion might help. Entertainment money to U.N. as well  instead of on entertainment. Helps make U.N. strong. People strong care more about people.

  18. The mass of our society is being  media led into how they actually think and operate, without a shadow of doubt. Nothing is more easy than to control the masses through visual means ie: the television and other forms of getting the message out such as the printed press.

Our society feed on the television, and follow trends that are portrayed on our screens. "What we see, we believe in" is the rally of the nation that spends an average of 15 hours a week glued to the TV set.

Hence why if we see images of poverty on our screens in a far distant land, we absorb those images and will give money when organisations stand outside Tesco's asking for your money. If however no person has presented us with the visual images on the news, we won't give to charity outside Tesco's.

The media can make the average Joe public either vote for a particular Government by simply explaining in media terms what they can or can't do for the average Joe. If anyone is in control of our great country then that role belongs to the selected few who run the media empires. They can make or break anybody they want too.

  19. If the constitution goes ahead, then we are so much nearer to a European dictatorship, given that one person appears to have the right to control out lives, by giving all power to others.

If we get through without ratication of the constitution, then the only way forward is to elect a party for Britain and Britain only. Unfortunately a new party may have to be formed, and that would take time. By which time all will be lost.

  20. I'm afraid "so goes England, so goes America." God help us if good men sit back and refuse to heed the warning of this video. I'm more afraid of "tolerance" than terrorism.Well America will have the "fortune" of watching a lot of nasty things happen in Europe so hopefully we can learn the lessons fasters or somehow keep the Leftards from undermining us.. imprison them or somethingIn a sweeping move that has garnered surprisingly little attention this week the United States and the European Union have signed up to a new transatlantic economic partnership that will see regulatory standards "harmonized" and will lay the basis for a merging of the US and EU into one single market, a huge step on the path to a new globalized world order.

  21. I agree in part with Ferrari babe. It's that simple.

We are given choice but as Galloway said, 'Two cheeks on the same bottom.' So what is your solution??
