Take picture of the screen of the sidekick lx????

i wanna take like a picture of my sidekick screen ...like on the computer u press print screen & it like takes a picture of whuts on ur computer screen.. so i wanna know how can i do that with my sidekick

At the same time press the: menue button + shift+ Right Shoulder Button...then its going to take you to your tmail. Send the screen shot to yourself. After that go back to the sent folder and save the image to your device.
