Takeing Stacker 3 one pill about 2 hours ago can i still take my pain pills?

I got pain pills for my headaches the doc gave me darvacet i feel fine from the stacker 3 alittle energized. I take the stacker 3 then workout and eat. But i have to take the pain pills for my headaches from surgery.

eh, don't risk it. Dextropropoxyphene causes decreased heart rate and decreased contractility.  Stacker has synephrine along with caffeine. which can cause increased risk of ischemic stroke, increased blood pressure, and cardiac infarcts.  In other word, one is a stimulant and the other a depressant.  Taking them together is not recomended.
