Taken Singapore Airlines before? What's your opinion on it?

I am trying to collect some information for an assignment :D Will you please give me your opinion on Singapore Airlines, and a rating for it too? Thanks =D Random person gets ten points ^^

I will be flying Singapore Airlines in August and I have talked to people who have flown the airline.  It is a great airline and the service is wonderful.  The airline has won numerous awards for its in-flight service.  I like that there is a good in-flight entertainment system as well.  Skytrax gives Singapore a rating of 5 which is the highest rating and only a few airlines receive a 5 star rating.

It's "okay." Nothing too spectacular, but it ain't shabby either. It doesn't have much high class stuff to offer unlike the big ones (PanPacific, NorthWest, Australian, U.S. Airlines), but it's good enough. Business class & first class seats aren't that worth it, though... Save the money for first class seats on bigger airlines.

Sometimes though, Singapore Airlines mess up with the seating arrangement. Or maybe I was just unlucky enough.

Greatest airline. I have flown it many times. Whenever I travel I try to fly Singapore Airlines even if it isn't to Singapore. For example, in December I am flying from Bangkok to Tokyo and instead of flying Thai or Japan Airlines I am flying Singapore Airlines instead. It is the only airline my mom actually likes haha.
