Takin back stuff to Hot Topic???

Question

I bought some jeans today, thought they fit when I tried them on...they really don't fit well...I need to take them back and get a size larger...problem is...I threw away the tags at the mall...do you think Hot Topic will let me exchange the jeans without the tags...I have a reciept.

A: Before we get started, we should mention that you can return items to Hot Topic stores! How convenient is that!

    * Please save the invoice received with your package. It's your receipt!

    * Hot Topic must receive the return within 45 days of purchase, mmmkay?

    * CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE. We have that part in all caps to make sure you see it.

    * If an exchange is needed, you'll be charged for the new order and then credited when Hot Topic receives the original merchandise back.

    * Sorry, original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges.

    * Shoes and clothing can be exchanged or returned but not if the product has been worn or shows visible signs of wear. Don't run through the woods with the stuff, mmmkay?
