Taking 3 months off of swimming for shoulder injury??

i was top 20 in country how hard is it going to be where i was??

im really frustrated

  1. Take your three months. If you try to swim you may injure it even more, which will make you stay out of the water even longer. Try to stay active. If you can go to the pool and swim very light excercises. Try running and things that dont involve your arms. Also go to the pool and do a hard kick set with a kickboard. It is not going to be easy, but eventually you will make up for what you have lost.
