  1. Tylenol does not have any blood thinning properties.  Take Tylenol Extra Strength 500 mg and it should help.

  2. I use Excedrin Migraine, it uses no Ibuprofin, which apparently you do not react to well.

Aspirin, Caffine, and Acetominophen, (< spelling?)

It works wonders for me, the aspirin numbs it a little, and the caffine takes your mind off of it, they are all ingredients in Excedrin.

My sister also has problems with ibuprofin, so i recommend taking something w/o it.

  3. Ibuprofen has both antiplatelet effects which causes you to bruise.  Over the counter-wise, you could try some Tylenol 1000 mg 4 times a day MAX, which does not have any platelet effects or you could try a different NSAID like Aleve (naproxen).  You could try some Excedrin migraines which as some Caffeine in it which could contrict your blood vessels which releives some of the pain, it also has tylenol in it. Otherwise see a doctor and they could prescribe you other stuff.
