Taking Supplements while underage?

I recently bought two new supplements, 'Super Pump 250 and Freak Fix Muscle Whey. When I got home I read the label and both of them said do not use if you are under 18. I am currently 16 and I was curious wether it is safe to take these products. Thanks

Yes, they're both safe. The companies just put that in there for liability reasons.
