Is taking valium or safer than taking esxtacy?

What does valium do to you when you take it and how should you take it for the first time?

I am a paramedic and their is no comparison between Valium and Ecstasy. Ecstasy is not made in laboratories, each hit is different in chemical makeup. Valium is controlled by drug enforcement agency and many other agencies, each pill is exactly the same as the next (different mg).

Valium will make you drowsy and loss of inhibitions (similar to alcohol). You should take a small dose at first and not mixed with other meds/drugs/alcohol.

Valium is a muscle relaxer and is highly addictive. don't use it. My husband became addicted to it, yes I use past tense because he died of an overdose 8 years ago, It's not worth it. Your heart is a muscle remember

With excruciating details. Valium is a -VERY- safe drug. Based on the fact that you're asking how and what it does, I'd guess you're not getting it from a doctor. Based on the ecstacy bit, I'm guessing you've got a substance abuse problem. Which means you shouldn't take benzos like valium. Ever.
