Taking a Picture of A Suspicious Person?

Ok. I was getting into my car and there was this guy parked right behind my car that doesn't belong in the neighborhood, and I felt funny about him--my instinct.

I went around the block and back again to my home, and he moved his car the other side of the street which made me even more suspicious.

I drove by him and snapped a picture of him, and he started getting all pissed off and asked why I did it? I didn't answer.

He drove off after that. So if he was innocent, why would he br parking different places and sitting in his car? This was in the 90 degree heat. People just don't sit in their cars at all. They get out.

Crime and suspicious people are a rise near my neighborhood more than ever.

Is it ok I did this? Is it against the law to do this?

why didn't you just call the cops if you think something is funny

call them! they could have investigated   if it was on the up

no harm done

and dont worry if you think you are bother them on some minor!

they rather prevent crime then have to occur

and now days its getting dangerous to confront  a sucipois

person

Its not against the law. But was kind of silly. Take a picture of his plates or something. That was he doesnt see you. He could have been waiting on someone and wasnt sure where they lived or maybe he was up to no good. But dont run around taking pictures of people right in their faces because you get a little scared.

cop's say no,can't use it for evidence even if they commit a crime.don't take the law into your own hand's.you might get shot in this day and age.

What you should in this case is just call 911 and dont get yourself in a situation like this, you can also get the plate number but that is it let the police handle it..

give them the picture.. its not a big

deal at all.. worst comes to worsst..

say u were taking a picture of the

house behind him.. or the clouds..

or the horizon.. there are many ways

to get out of it if u are in trouble..
