Taking a girl out and need places to go in the south (uk) this saturday, possibly indoors as it could rain?

I need to know of some places to go in the south of england where i can impress a girl, the weather could be horrible so indoor stuff is probably the safer option, i know it's short notice, the original plan was to go for a walk with a picnic but as i say the weather could against us.

Be more specific, the south is a BIG place.

Guildford has an ice rink.  London has masses of stuff, maybe shopping, go to all the touristy things, art galleries :)  South of England is quite vague.... Any particular county you had in mind?  If you go far enough south you get to the sea and you could go to a nce pub or something there with good views and inside?
