  1. Big Thunder is a little jerky.  Splash is pretty smooth except for the actual drop.  Let her watch them both first and see what she thinks.  If she is willing and not afraid, go for it!

  2. I wouldn't recommend that a 3 year old go on either ride! I went to Disney a few months ago with my kids, ages 3 and 5. My 3 year old had no interest in either of those rides but the 5 year old went on Splash Mountain and it freaked her out! She didn't want to go on anything after that. I would recommend that if your 3 year old really want to go on the rides and meets the height requirements that you build up to the bigger rides. Start on the smaller roller coasters and work your way up to the bigger rides. That way you won't have to deal with a child that is scared to go on everything if Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain scare her.

  3. i wouldn't recommend it

  4. She'll be fine on either ride.  I took my nieces on those rides around that age and they loved it!

  5. Splash Mountain--she should be fine.  Make sure that she sees the big drop first--hard to miss as it is outside--and tell her it's like a big water slide!  If she panics at the sight of it, then I'd let her grow up a little. Splash Mountain is much more than a water slide...it is incredibly charming, and Disney at its best.  I hope she goes for it!

Big Thunder isn't so scary to look at but it will jerk her around a lot.  Try her on goofy's barnstormer in Mickey's toontown fair first; if she likes it, then go for big thunder.

i dont think they will let her go in the middle of both of you in splash mountain she will probably have to go in the front of you two

    HAVE FUN!!!!

  7. Big Thunder, No. Splash, Yea, she will be fine saftey wise. The drop is intimdating to a three year old.

  8. Big Thunder should be ok.It's fun not scary. No big drops.Splash Mountain on the other hand is a little scary. It has one big drop that gave me that stomach tingle feeling, hence the splash.
