Taking a video off of a camera?

When I try to capture a video off of my camera, it won't show any of the picture and will only play the video on the camera and not convert any of it onto my computer. I've tried Studio 9 and Window's movie maker.

The video format is avi or mov on camera. And mov format video cannot be played by windows media player. You need some other media players,such as QuickTime Player.Or you can convert video format to those can be played on your pc.

It's convenient and works well.

I recommed you choose the latter, because it may be used frequently in future and you won't like to getting new media players when you get new format videos..
