Taking animals into england??

hey i was just wondering how would i bring an animal (2 turtles in my case) into england from north cyprus ?

i want to bring my 2 turtles into england with me

i am english and want to bring my 2 turtles that my freind gave me back with meto england but im sure you cant just bring them in your hand luggage so could i have some information on this thank you ...

btw i am leaving the airport ercan and ariviing in stansted bye bye thx...
