Taking care of Mattresses

Question

My bed mattress is more than three years old. I like it because it is soft as well as firm. It has a life long warranty.

Don't we need to do something to clean it? It is covered all the time with sheets. How should we take care of our matteresses?

If it's a standard mattress (not a pillow-top), you want to be sure to rotate and flip it twice a year.

take it outside in the summer  and give it a good wack think of  this as a realease of stress
