Taking food on an airplane?

I'm flying from Idaho Falls to Las Vegas. Can I pack like cookies or something in my carry-on? Or will they take these away when I go through security?

I think its all good.

But theyll probably stop you if you have liquids or exceed the limit.

I bring food all the time, but you can also go to the food places after you pass through the bag checkers and stuff.

You can bring food like that. I flew about 6 months ago and had chips, candy, chewing gum, crackers, and cookies in my carry on. It's the liquid they have a problem with. I don't think you could bring canned food or anything like that on the flight either, but dry food is usually fine for domestic flights.

I'm not sure who you're flying with, but if you check that airlines website, they usually have somewhere on the site a list of things that you can or can't carry on with you.

You can take food on a domestic flight as long as it's not spilling all over the place. Anything purchased on the terminal is OK. I flew from DE to Atlanta and some guy brought a home made salad.

You can bring food and it's a good idea the way the airlines are now. You are lucky if you get one of those tiny bags of peanuts.

Nope they shouldn't.  When my bro and I flew to TX, they let us grab Pizza Hut for lunch right before we got on our next plane. You can take food with your carry on too. We had a 3 hour layover so we brought many different kinds of foods.  So go ahead and bring your cookies and have fun on the flight!

you can pack even sandwiches in you carry on if you wish just dont bring any liquids

I'm pretty sure you can take food..it's the liquid that doesn't pass security..but you can buy something once you get through. have fun. Go on the airline website and see what the restrictions are.
