Question:

Taking forever to get my item?

i ordered this item from speedsupplies.com and i ordered it on the 9th of june and they said i was suppose to get it on the 13th. Still i do not have it and i contacted them over 5 times and no response. They are a company from Kentucky. i also tried calling them and all it is a recording and tell you to email them and then it hangs up. I was wondering if any one has any ideas or if they have the same problem with the company.

  1. It kind sounds like a scam. But who knows if you paid through credit card call your credit card company and see what you should do.

    Not Kentucky?

    Try contacting the Oklahoma better business bureau and see if they have any other complaints.

    I also agree that you can contact your credit card company and file a complaint -- most credit card companies will issue you a refund and take the money back from the problem company.
