Taking my Jeep on the beach?

Hmmm, here on Long Island we can take it on the beach no problems, When we are camping at the beach the cars are always permitted in a designated area. But thank you

My guess is that motor vehicles are not allowed on the beach at all in the State of New York, unless it is a private beach - vehicles are not environmentally friendly and New York is doing all it can to protect it's tidal areas.
