  1. Your camera has scene modes so you should try the dusk/dawn settings and the night landscape settings. Point and shoot camera like yours are good for 10 to 20 ft (although the max output is 25 feet), so you should not use the flash for taking pictures. Lean on something to minimize your movement so you will not have blurry pictures. Try the different scene modes while making sure you cancel the flash so you can see the effect of each modes and keep the setting that gives you the best result.

    Good luck.

  2. Before you even worry about settings, you'd better find out whether the concert will allow cameras.   Many theatres and auditoriums do not allow cameras of any kind.   Some will allow a small point and shoot.  If they aren't allowed, and you try to sneak one in and they catch you, they can take the camera away and/or kick you out.

You don't have a very big zoom, so unless you are in about the first row, you will not get any decent pictures.  And flash will not be any good unless you are in the front row.

You can't set your camera manually, so just  hope for the best.  Good luck.
