Taking responsibility is the key to success in international cricket, says http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Khan-c71319 – Cricket News Update
Having done a remarkable job with the Pakistan team as their interim coach, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Mohsin-Hasan-Khan-c77595, the former Test cricketer, believes that he just made the players realise their responsibility, which is the key to success in international cricket.

"I can say very happily and proudly that although we did not do wonders with the batting when I was in charge, the players were however improving day by day because they were trying to realize their responsibility,” said Mohsin. “The one thing I was doing was ensuring batsmen understood their responsibilities, because you have to realize that you are playing for your country, whether as a batsmen or a bowler responsibility is the key to success.”
Mohsin is a firm believer that international cricket is all about handling pressure and utilizing the opportunities. A player with a different technique can also enjoy success at the ultimate stage of the game if he is mentally tough.
“I personally feel a coach is there to make the players mentally tougher, rather than to overhaul their technique,” he added.
